Service Contracts

Emergency and Preventive Maintenance Contracts. Under the contract a technician goes out once during the 12 month contract term and performs preventive maintenance on 3 phase equipment. This contract also entitles the contracting customer to 24 hours response time in case of a down unit. Contact Clary Service Center for contract information for other models.

Parts Department

Customers that have their own technicians can order parts for the repair of units. Part orders which need to be filled over a period of time can place a purchase order and delegate the quantity and delivery date in advance and they are accommodated. We also will ship overseas.

Refurbishment Program

Refurbishment program for PC Series units. A flat rate refurbishment price, not including batteries, has been worked out for the repair of UPS systems which fit into this program. This entitles the customer to a complete refurbishment of their system and places a 1 year warranty on the work. Under this program batteries are not discounted.
Not all units are eligible for refurbishment because of severe or unrepairable problems. Units that cannot be refurbished will have an evaluation of repairs that are necessary and an estimate will be faxed to the customer for approval before repair work begins.

Module Exchange

Under this program a customer can order a refurbished module for the Clary SBS "U" Series units that will be sent out upon receipt of purchase order and exchanged for the customer's bad module which must be sent to Clary within 24 to 48 hours of the receipt of the exchange module. The refurbished modules are warranted for 1 year provided the customer follows the installation instructions as presented by a Service Technician.

Battery Replacements

Warning: Battery Replacement should be done by Qualified Personel Only
Replacement Battery Packs are available for customers for replacement. Please contact the factory for options.
